The Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia is a multi-stakeholder association dedicated to support Indonesian initiatives aiming at supporting governance reform agenda. The Partnership works closely with national and international community to initiate, advocate, and promote sustainable governance reform in Indonesia. The Partnership brings together the Indonesian Government, Legislature, Judiciary, Civil Society, and the Corporate Sector with the support of the International Community in initiating a long-term process to improve governance in Indonesia in a durable way which expresses Indonesian ownership. Program and Organizational Context:On 18 December 2006 the European Parliament and the Council adoptedRegulation (EC) N° 1905/2006[1] (OJ L 378 of 27 December 2006,pp.41-71). This Regulation applies from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2013 andestablishes a financing instrument for development cooperation (hereafterreferred to as the DCI Regulation) and forms the legal basis for the Commissionto manage certain budget lines/items related to the implementation of certainexternal relations geographical and thematic programmes. In particular, Article 13 of the DCI Regulation lays down the basis forthe strategic multi-annual programme on "Environment and sustainablemanagement of natural resources, including energy" (hereafter referred toas the ENRTP Strategy Paper). The ENRTP Strategy Paper 2007-2010 was adopted bythe Commission on 20 June 2007[2] and provides a multi-annualframework for commitment of € 450 million over the 4 years. This strategy wasrevised into the ENRTP Strategy Paper 2011-2013 through the mid-term reviewthat was carried out in 2009 with an approximate budget increase of 28% on newinitiatives for climate change, with multi-annual implications, announced bythe Commission in 2009. TheENRTP will help to achieve the EC's overall sustainable development objective,as laid down in the EU Sustainable Development Strategy,[3]and as promoted by the European Consensus on Development,[4]the 6th Environmental Action Programme,[5]the European Neighbourhood Policy and the European Union’s energy policystrategy, notably the EU external energy policy paper[6]endorsed by the European Council and in the work of the International Dimensionof the European Research Area (ERA) in support of the Lisbon Strategy.

Requirements qualifications:
Education and Skill:Bachelors (S1) Degree, preferable Master Degree; having good knowledgeregarding the current socio-pol it icaland economic conditions; Timber Legality Assurance System (TLAS) and FLEGT VPAprocess; clear comm it ment togovernance reform; humble in character and patient in listening to stakeholdersis a must; willing to develop a good teamwork w it hthe Partnership staff; having a good skill in report wr it ing,project management and good skill on the use of ICT.Experience:Min. 10 years of relevantexperience in project planning, implementing and mon it oring;experience and skill in facil it atingthe develo pme nt ofmulti-stakeholders forum, in pulling stakeholders such as key governmentagencies, civil society organizations, social-pol it icalfigures, private companies and grassroots commun it ies,etc.; and having knowledge and experience in conflict resolution is a big plus. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
