MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER

The Program

AIPHSS Program is a partnership program between the Government of Australia and the Government of Indonesia focusing on strengthening of health financing systems & capacity building of health human resources in order to improve access to and quality of basic health services. AIPHSS Program is managed directly by the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Health (MoH) at national level and through Provincial/District Health Offices at the sub national level.

To contribute to the AIPHSS-ISP, Coffey is currently seeking applications for a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.

The Position
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer – COFF-4853
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will work closely with the Monitoring and Evaluation Adviser, ISP Manager and coordinate with all national and sub-national Implementing Units.
The position is under management of and accountable to the M&E Adviser.

The Person

To be considered for this role you should have Demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluation of development programs including preparation of surveys and demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative research including collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, and report writing. She/he has Good knowledge of monitoring and evaluation standard
