Background
and Objectives
MSI SIAP 1 provide supports to the Audit Board of
The Republic of Indonesia by developing e-Learning
as one of training tools for BPK staff to enhance their knowledge. E-learning developed consists
of LMS (Learning Management System), three training modulles, and application
gateway to connect the LMS with BPK internal system.
LMS
is a newly e-learning application developed in BPK and expected to be developed
in simple way and easy to access, but integrated with the existing computerized
system in BPK. SIAP 1 seeks an expert consultant to review and assess the
e-learning before it can be accepted to be implemented.
The objective of this
review is to test and check the LMS and its contents, as well as the
application gateway to identify the problems or potential problems that might
be arise during running the application, and propose the recommendation to fix
it.
Tasks and Deliverables:
1.
Understanding the features which
need to be developed in BPK Learning Management System (LMS) – 1 day.
2.
Reviewing the new LMS developed
in BPK and assess whether the features included in LMS suit with BPK need. Test
run the features to assure it can be run properly. Identify the problems and/or potential
problems that might arise, and provide further recommendation of possibilities
to improve the application – 3 days
3.
Reviewing the content of three
e-learning modulles named ‘Performance Audit Training’, which consists of
Planning modulle, Implementation modulle, and Reporting modulle. Test run the
modulles to assure it can be run properly. Identify the problems and/or
potential problems that might arise, and provide further recommendation of
possibilities to improve the modules – 9 days.
4.
Reviewing the Gateway application
and assess whether the application suit with BPK's need. Test run the
application to assure it can be run properly.
Identify the problems and/or potential problems that might arise, and
provide further recommendation of possibilities to improve the application– 2
days
5.
Attend the coordination meetings
with BPK, SIAP-1, and e-learning Provider to present the review results and
proposed recommendations to resolve the problems found – 3 days.
6.
Writing Final Review Report – 2 days
Requirements:
·
Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in related background.
·
Having
minimum 3 years experiences related with scope of work.
·
Indonesian
nationality.
