Role purpose:
MEAL OFFICER
1 position, based in Kupang
Code : MO-KUPANG
- The MEAL Officer will be responsible for overall Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning of Kupang and Malaka Projects which the project is under management from Kupang Office. S/he will be responsible for the MEAL development and implementation of all projects activities and ensuring that all MEAL strategies and activities are implemented.
- The MEAL Officer will also work with the Kupang Project Coordinator as well as the National M&E Specialist on all aspect of MEAL works of Kupang and Malaka Project to develop and deliver good Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning.
- He/she will work intensively in the baseline, mid-term, endline or evaluation designs, implementations and report; and also develop good database of Kupang and Malaka Project which the project is under management from Kupang Office.
