Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik (Save the Children) is an international NGO and the world’s top independent charity for children in need. Since 1919, we have been fighting for children’s rights, saving their lives and providing hope for brighter futures worldwide.  In Indonesia, Save the Children currently works in eleven provinces, has staff of approximately 200 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response.  Save the Children in Indonesia is seeking to fill the following position:

PROJECT ASSISTANT – BRIDGE

1 position, based in Bandung

ROLE PURPOSE:

Save the Children Indonesia through Better Future for Vulnerable Youth through Employment in Bandung(BRIDGE) project aims to improve livelihood among youths in West Bandung and Bandung districts of the West Java province, where unemployment rate among youths is significantly higher than other provinces in Indonesia, by supporting PKBM to establish community-demand driven technical vocational education and training courses to address the need for skills that open doors to employment and economic opportunities for at-risk youth ages 15-24 in Indonesia.

The Project Assistance will assist BRIDGE Project Manager and other project team members in preparation of documents and communication on administrative, logistic, transportation and financial affairs.
