KOMPAK – Governance for Growth,
is a large and complex program funded by the Commonwealth Government of
Australia that is uniquely placed to add value to the Government of
Indonesia’s own efforts to improve basic services and economic
conditions of its citizens.
KOMPAK
is currently establishing provincial offices in: NTB, NTT, East Java,
Papua, and West Papua. We are seeking for highly qualified candidates in
each province for the following positions:
- Provincial Managers
- Finance Managers
- Office Managers
General Requirements:
Based
in the respective province in eastern Indonesia, the positions require
extensive travel throughout the province(s) and periodic travel to
Jakarta. The roles require: a minimum of 10 years previous technical,
managerial and operational experience on development programs in
Indonesia; minimum tertiary (graduate) qualifications in a related
field; and fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
