Call
for Expression of Interest (EOI)
In the era
of open governance, Indonesia was being as EITI (Extractive Industries
Transparency Initiative) implementing country since 2010. EITI Indonesia
implementation lead by the Coordinating Ministry of Economic affair was
launched 3 series of report which was being transformed to an open data format
by the EITI Indonesia secretariat, data.go.id and Publish What You Pay (PWYP) Indonesia.
As
part of PWYP
Indonesia commitment to encourage governance reform and advocate the
important
roles of citizen on monitoring the extractive industries operations to
be more
transparent, responsible and accountable, PWYP Indonesia plan to develop
Mobile-Applications for easy using by the public audience. The
mobile-apps
aims to provide information on data series of EITI report and other
extractive
industries’ context with the friendly access and easy understanding
format. The
mobile-apps also plan to provide feature for public reporting on
monitoring the
extractive operations which reliable to the policy maker and media. The public can also download, monitor and review the EITI data and
process.
PWYP
Indonesia with the support from Natural Resource Governance Institute (NRGI)
invites inspiring data scientist and apps developer, with knowledge and
experience on developing and designing user friendly apps, to submit Expression
of Interest to participate in a competitive bidding exercise for :
Designing, creating and developing Mobile Application
for Transparency in the Extractive Industries (android base)
Project value: ~ $ 6.800 (include tax) for
3 Months
Closing Date : September 17th, 2015
The main requirements :
1.
Having expertise,
skill and experience on creating, designing and developing mobile-application (android base)
2.
Having experience
on designing application based on analysis and needs of stakeholder.
3.
Have a good
communications and experience on working in tick schedule
