best candidates for the position of: Accounting Filling Assistant.
This position will be based in Jakarta and report to Senior Accounting Officer. The job holder will be responsible to provide administrative support to the WWF organization in Finance & Management Service, especially that related to document storage accounting section, the support provided in the form of providing the data required by auditors, manage bank transactions, petty cash transactions and non-cash, perform management and development system filing of WWF in Indonesia, and provide a report in the form of data on the number of documents have been saved every month, to make sure all the administrative work and / or the corresponding requirements are met in the precise time.
