CARE International Indonesia (CII), as an international NGO, has carried out large scale operations in Indonesia, encompassing emergency operations, transitional activities centered on agriculture and nutrition and a range of development initiatives in such areas as water and sanitation, health and enterprise & economic development.

CARE International Indonesia in Makassar (South Sulawesi) is currently recruiting the following position for its project:

REPORTS TO                          : REGIONAL PROGRAM MANAGER (RPM)


BACKGROUND

CARE International Indonesia’s (CII) country strategy includes a focus on youth and women in urban settings and the chance to implement the young women entrepreneurship program in Sulawesi is an excellent match with CARE’s vision and mission. CARE will be targeting young women of urban slum in Makassar City ages 18- 30 years.
As the Internet has grown in popularity, so too has online marketing. Online marketing, also known as Internet or digital marketing, involves using the Internet to promote a business. The goal of online marketing is to spread awareness about a business and its products or services via the Internet.
Care Indonesia was running Bintang Muda Project in Makassar to support the government’s focus to stimulate local development by supporting girls and young women to develop, or enhance micro or small businesses thereby supporting community development. To support marketing of the beneficiaries’ product/services and campaign entrepreneurship awareness, a website need to developed.


OBJECTIVE

• To support the marketing of project beneficiaries product and services;
• To share project learning in to community;
• To Campaign entrepreneurship, financial literacy and Disaster Preparedness to Community specially youth.


OUTPUTS

• Website designed and developed.


QUALIFICATIONS

The consultant(s) will have:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or any relevant field;
• At least 3 years practical and active in website development and design;
• Experienced in the development of product and market access;
• Experienced in activities related to development and empowerment;
• Experienced in developing web for marketing;
• Mastering HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript;
• Mastering SEO.
• Have a good communication skill and good personality.


TERMS OF OFFER

1. Comprehensive curriculum vitae of team members involve in the activities.
2. A detailed implementation plan/ technical proposal in accordance with the scope of work, expected outputs and deliverables provided for herein.
3. Financial Proposal that indicates the all-inclusive fixed total contract price, supported by a breakdown of costs i.e. consultancy fee, ect.
