Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik (Save the Children) seeks Senior Project Officer

Save the Children is an international NGO and the world’s top independent charity for children in need. Since 1919, we have been fighting for children’s rights, saving their lives and providing hope for brighter futures worldwide.  Save the Children’s programs in Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We currently work in eleven provinces, have staff of approximately 300 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response.  We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

SENIOR PROJECT OFFICER
1 position, based in Jakarta
Code : PO-BERSAHABAT

ROLE PURPOSE:
The Senior Project Officer will be responsible for the implementation of all activities related to BERSAHABAT project in the targeted ECCD centers in North Jakarta. S/he will be responsible for programmatic implementation, monitoring and evaluation, as well as budget management and operations at project implementation level. S/he will also ensure that all activities included in the implementation plan are implemented in a high quality and align with the allocated budget. S/he will reports to the North Jakarta Program Manager, supervise one Project Officer and one Project Admin Assistant; and be supported by finance, administration, including logistic team in North Jakarta sub-office.

The SPO also expected to work closely with Technical Adviser both from Save the Children Indonesia Office and other country member; who will support the project with technical assistance as well as quality assurance.
