RTI is recruiting candidates for a USAID-funded YouthPower Indonesia Project

RTI is recruiting candidates for a USAID-funded YouthPower Indonesia Project
 
RTI International is accepting applications for an anticipated USAID-funded YouthPower project in Indonesia, with a focus on inclusive workforce development.  Successful candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.  RTI is an equal opportunity employer. 
 
Chief of Party (COP) will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the project and will serve as the primary liaison to USAID, in addition to key stakeholders. S/he will be responsible for overall project performance and ensuring quality and timeliness of program deliverables.Qualifications: A minimum of a master’s degree in education, development, business or a relevant field, with 12 years of experience in technical and management roles on education and training or economic growth programs. At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale donor-funded education or economic growth programs in Asia, preferably USAID-funded. Experience working in youth development, higher education, workforce development, private sector partnerships and/or economic development with a focus on youth employability preferred.   
 
Deputy Chief of Party will be responsible for supporting the Chief of Party in the technical and administrative management of the project. Qualifications: A master’s degree in education or related field with 10 years of experience in technical and management roles similar to those areas identified above for the COP.  Progressively responsible management experience on donor-funded education programs in Asia.
 
Workforce Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical oversight and guidance on demand-driven education and training programs, private sector partnerships, soft skills, internships, inclusive programming for vulnerable populations, and inclusive workforce development.Qualifications: Master's degree (PhD preferred) in education, economic growth, or related field. 10 years of experience working in workforce development/inclusion/employability in Asia.
 
Finance and Administration Manager will provide oversight for all finance, grants, human resources, IT, procurement, logistics and administrative aspects of the program. S/he will ensure that project resources are effectively and efficiently budgeted, disbursed, monitored and reported.Qualifications: Master’s degree in finance, business administration, management, or accounting. At least 10 years’ experience in the financial and administrative management of donor-funded programs, preferably on large-scale USAID programs in Asia.
 
Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist will lead the implementation of data collection in compliance with the project’s monitoring and evaluation framework. S/he will be responsible for designing data collection tools, capturing data, and reporting information per M&E plans. Qualifications: Master’s degree in project management or development studies with 5 years of M&E experience, including technical experience in managing data collection and analysis.
