Plan International Indonesia Job Vacancy : WASH Program Officer

In Indonesia, Plan International started to work in 1969 based on the memorandum of understanding with the Government of Indonesia. Currently we work in 4 provinces: Jakarta, Central Java, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara and sponsors more than 40,000 children.
Plan International Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of:
 
WASH Program Officer – PA Timor  ( Contract Based )
 
Responsibilities:
 Program/Project Planning and design / Program/ Perencanaan dan Perancangan Proyek
Conduct situation assessment through issues analysis, capacity/resources, access, opportunity and support.Prepare draft Program Unit Long Term Planning (PULTP) of his/her respective WASH program/project responsibility at PU level in line with Country Office CSP and PU LTP.Design WASH project planning and budget based on PU Long Term Planning (PU LTP.Integrate PU plans with those of the District to encourage synergies.Develop annual work plan based on PU LTP with regarding CSP (activities, time line, person in charge, and partnership) Communicate the result of annual work plan and PU LTP to all stake holders to synergize resources. Input planning in SAP and maintain it is accurate and up to date.
KRA 2:  Project Implementation / Implementasi Proyek ;Develop Project Outline (PO). Generally there will be one PO per program,  Conduct coordination meeting with stakeholders (formal and non formal. Identify and agree about role and responsibility each parties. Identify resources, including partnership if necessary. Coordinate and collaboration with partner, including review proposal and document of partners (administration). Lobbying and advocacy for strengthen duty bearer’s support, and institutionalized program in policy of duty bearer’s .  Reviewing of report and action plan of partner.
KRA 3: Program Monitoring and Evaluation / Melakukan Monitoring dan Evaluasi Program : Support SAP & Data Management Coordinator, develop monitoring mechanism, tools of program monitoring.  In collaboration with SAP and Data Management Coordinator, prepare baseline data.   Conduct monitoring to ensure accountability, quality and quantity using instrument/tools and mechanism has determined in. Input SAP and maintain it is accurate and up to date. Documenting and reporting project t. o Program Coordinator, SAP and Data Management and Country Office Program Team. Facilitate learning process of internal institution, village, school, group children, and CBO/. Support Country Office Program team in program evaluation. Scaling up best practices .
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degreerelated field Having good understanding and experience in Child Centered Community Development, Child Rights Specific Plan program focus, Project Management , Communication skill  Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA ) , Lobby and advocacy , Adaptability and culture sensitivity Networking and collaboration. Fluent both Indonesia and English (oral and written) .
Range Salary : IDR 4 550 000,  - 6 300 000,-
