Cardno is the Managing Contractor of MAHKOTA, an Australian
Government initiative, which provides support to help Indonesia better
reach and benefit the poorest, and address key binding constraints to
growth, competitiveness and rising inequality through ongoing labour
market and social protection reforms. The Government of Indonesia is
committed to accelerating the pace of poverty reduction and the
President of Indonesia has declared that poverty reduction is among the
highest development priorities of his administration.
The
Government of Indonesia, under the leadership of BAPPENAS and the
Ministry of Social Affairs, is creating an Integrated Referral and
Service System (IRS) with the aim of improving coordination and
integration of social protection and anti-poverty programs at the local
level.
We are currently looking for a Capacity
Building Officer to develop the Integrated Referral and Service System
(IRS) Capacity Building Plan and implement the Capacity Building plan.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Identify capacity building needs of stakeholders at the national and sub-national level related to the implementation of the IRS;
- Based on the identified capacity building needs, develop capacity building plan and lead the plan's implementation;
- Develop training curriculum and prepare training materials and time schedule for conducting the training;
- Develop and facilitate all training activities for staff and relevant stakeholders at the national and sub-national level;
- Develop a national training of trainers program for potential resource persons from provinces and districts/cities; and
- Monitor and evaluate the CB plan implementation including all training activities; and
- Prepare progress and completion reports on the CB activities.
- Any other tasks relevant to the main duties and responsibilities of this position, as assigned by the CTA
