Duty Station
Head Office – Kelapa Gading, Jakarta

Position Summary
Responsible for the daily operations of administrative and legal activities to provide effective support to the company. Common duties may include making legal documents, legal processes, expatriate working permits, and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare legal documentation of the company (which may include updating foundation documentation status, registration, company domicile, etc) in order to comply with foundation regulations.
  • Develop and prepare working permits for foreign staff in order to comply with regulatory rules and procedures.
  • Execute organization’s tax obligation in order to comply with local regulatory.
  • Execute day-to-day administrative tasks (which may include filing documents, preparing reports, etc) in order to provide efficient organization performance.
  • Prepare organized financial documentation from other financial departments in order to provide good governance.
Qualifications
  • S1 / Bachelor; preferably in Law or equivalent
  • Preferably 1+ years experience in legal field or relevant working experiences
  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in NGO
  • Have a good understanding and knowledge about Yayasan Law, Immigration Law, and legal proceedings
  • Able to work diligently and under a tight deadline
  • Good skill in computer use ( Ms Office )

Position Summary
Responsible to execute the audit process by analyzing and evaluating the performance of the organization’s financial, operational, and managerial processes systems to identify risks, areas of improvement, and to ensure that the organization compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data collection related to Internal Audit in order to identify risks and area of improvement.
  • Perform internal audit procedures such as document review, financial review, interviews, etc in order to develop audit report from all departments.
  • Prepare report regarding audit findings in order to provide insight to strategic board.
  • Prepare data necessary for projects involving external auditors to ensure seamless process and delivery.
Qualifications
  • S1 / Bachelor degree; preferably in Finance and Accounting.
  • Preferably 1+ years of relevant working experiences
  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in NGO
  • A good understanding of accounting practices
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry

INCOME GENERATION PROGRAM OFFICER (IG) – Manggarai Barat CDP

Manggarai Barat (Mabar) CDP

Position Summary
Execute the GNI Income Generation (IG) program (which may include but not limited to: entrepreneurship workshop and seminars, small medium enterprise development, agricultural sciences, and other entrepreneurship and innovation related) and ensuring the relevancy and effectiveness of programme implementation to the community in CDP area to increase community’s welfare and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct local Income Generation program needs assessment and surveys (which may include online and offline survey, Participatory Appraisal Process, etc.)
  • Develop IG program plan and strategy (which may include program definition on how each program will be delivered, budget and resource needed)
  • Control the implementation of IG program and review its progress to ensure the achievement of IG program’s goals.
  • Formulate the recommendation and best case
  • Develop the program reports and program documentation to provide comprehensive understanding to GNI head office
  • Maintain and improve relationship with partners and external stakeholders (which may include local government, other NGOs, industry, etc)

Qualifications
  • S1 / Bachelor Degree; Preferably in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Management and Business Administration, Agricultural Sciences and other related studies
  • 2+ years of relevant working experiences
  • Preferably 1+ years of CDPs working experiences
  • Proficient with credit union / cooperation
  • Proficient about book keeping
  • Innovation towards small business models
  • Able to communicate with local community
  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in NGO
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
