EQWIP HUBS will be a dynamic platform of diverse actors and young people
 working together to develop solutions to both local and global social, 
economic and environmental challenges in six countries around the world.
 EQWIP, an innovative youth serving partnership
 between Canada World Youth (CWY) and Youth Challenge International 
(YCI) has brought together a global consortium including UN-HABITAT, 
TakingITGlobal (TIG) and the Education Development Centre (EDC) to 
collaborate on this initiative. 
Through 17 youth centered HUBS in urban areas, participatory programming
 will support young people in accessing a sustainable livelihood. 
Through the engagement of a multi-stakeholder HUB Network, EQWIP HUBS 
will foster a supportive and responsive enabling
 environment for youth livelihood activities by providing mentorship, 
coaching and access to capital. The HUB Network will strengthen the 
capacity of public and private sector stakeholders and civil society 
related to youth mainstreaming for policies, products
 and services. EQWIP HUBS is building a team of energetic, skilled and 
passionate individuals who are motivated by the prospect of exploring 
new and creative approaches to solving complex global challenges.
The Indonesian intern will work directly with Canadian volunteer with 
strong support by Training Coordinator and HUBs coordinator and linked 
with the local partner organizations. The report of activity will be 
submitted to Country Manager.
Position:
Co- Facilitator Training (1 position) 
Duty Station: Surabaya 
Priority of coverage activities: 
1.       Support
 Canadian volunteer for Indonesian translation, culture and knowledge 
sharing, field activities accompaniment including language practice, and
 transforming the specific task in Indonesian context
2.      Assist
 the project staff for several activities such as: baseline assessment, 
data collection, out-reach activity including database making, and 
preparing events.
3.      Support
 Training Coordinator in all aspect of a procurement training program 
that includes planning, developing and facilitating the activities and 
provide administrative assistance with regards training activities such 
as document filling
4.      Coordinate
 and promote events, the annual program with publishing and distribution
 of annual training calendar and cohort training announcement. Write 
promotional announcement for each training program such as tertiary 
training
5.      Assist Hub Coordinator and Training Coordinator in youth recruitment activities
Support
 Canadian volunteer for Indonesian translation, culture and knowledge 
sharing, field activities accompaniment including language practice, and
 transforming the specific task in Indonesian
 context.
Qualifications:
1.       Indonesian, final semester of fresh graduate are welcome
2.       Fluently in English
3.       Bachelor degree or
 University Student in an area that is related to the duties (e.g. 
English, Psychology, Communication, Management, Social Science, 
Education or Economic Development, etc)
4.       Having interest to work with youth and experienced active in university organization and Youth networks 
5.       Has own transportation
6.       Having time availability minimum for 10 hours per-week and maximum 40 hours per-week
7.       Having skill or experience on data collection
Position: Translator and Communication (1 Position)
Duty Station: Surabaya 
Priority of coverage activities:
1.       Support Canadian 
volunteer for Indonesian translation, culture knowledge sharing, field 
activities accompaniment and transforming the specific task in 
Indonesian context
2.       Translate document materials from English to Bahasa Indonesia or vise versa
3.      Accompany volunteer and facilitate communication between volunteers and networks
4.  Assist Training Coordinator in maintaining of documentation for trainings
Qualifications:
1.       Indonesian, final semester of fresh graduate are welcome
2.       Fluently in English
3.       Bachelor or 
University Student  in an area that is related to the duties (e.g. 
English, Communication,  Information & Technology, Arts, etc)
 
4.       Having interest to work with youth and experienced active in university organization and youth networks
5.       Has own transportation
6.       Having time availability minimum for 10 hours per-week and maximum 40 hours per-week
7.       Having skill or experience on graphic design and media relations
