Objective: The RFA aims to assist Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi/KemenPAN-RB) in developing e-learning on the code of ethics.

Geographic focus: The RFA solicits applications for interventions that will be implemented nationally. CEGAH will strive to ensure equitable distribution across the regions.
 
Organizations eligible to apply: Responsible, non-partisan legally-registered Indonesian civil society organizations (CSOs), independent trade unions, professional associations, non-profit, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) including think tanks, research institutes, community-based organizations (CBOs) and Cooperatives with experience in advocacy and civic engagement/organizing are encouraged to apply.  For-profit firms may also apply, but please note no fee or profit is allowed under US Government regulations. Individuals and government entities are not eligible to apply under this RFA.
 
Expected Grant type: Fixed Amount Award
 
Grant Award, Anticipated Grant Size and Duration: Resultant award is expected to be well under IDR 778,200,000. Grants will be for up to seven months in duration.
