VACANCY - NATIONAL CONSULTANT

As per the TOR we need to recruit the following positions.


1. VHE Resource Person (8 Person Months)
2. Senior Assistant Professional Staff 1 (12 Person Months)
3. Senior Assistant Professional Staff 2 (8 Person Months)

The requirements are as follows:

Non- Key Experts: National VHE Resource Persons
They will be proposed by the firm during the inception phase and will be approved by PMU. The qualifications at least as follows:
• preferably 10 years of relevant experience in leading polytechnics in Indonesia;
• University degree at least at Master’s level in sectors that are relevant with services required;
• Had experience as a Senior management in Polytechnic including in the industrial cooperation;
• Had experience in handling National Project for Polytechnic or Study Program Academic/Institutional Development under National or international Schemes;
• Preferably having experience in Academic Development projects or National Evaluators for Establishing New Study Program or BAN PT registered Reviewer;
• Preferably having experience in building Quality Management System or Certified External Auditor for ISO9001:2008 or later;
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including civil society, government, community, private sector, and international donors; and
• Indonesian language skills of a high standard and be able to communicate effectively in English both writing and speaking.

Non- Key Experts: Senior Assistant Professional Staff

This project will cover all of polytechnic development stages in capacity building which are involved an international and national expert focus on each their specialties, so to support this project activities is needed one supporting staff as a Senior Assistant Professional Staff (Associate Specialist). This senior staff will occupied in 12 man months for managing administration and documentation of the project . The qualifications at least as follows:
• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience.
• A university degree at least at Master’s level in administration, information technology, or related area;
• Excellent and in-depth knowledge of the VHE sector in Indonesia
• English and Indonesian language skills of a high standard.


We would be able to provide the following rates to them including the applicable local tax and VAT.

1. VHE Resource Person (8 Person Months): 19,534,500 IDR per Person Months
2. Senior Assistant Professional Staff 1 (12 Person Months): 12,000,000 IDR per Person Months
3. Senior Assistant Professional Staff 2 (8 Person Months): 12,000,000 IDR per Person Month
