To facilitate
advocacy meeting on program update for the weekly IFA
supplementation program among school-going adolescent girls in Purwakarta
District and Cimahi City, West Java Province
The Micronutrient

in developing countries – get the vitamins and minerals they need to

in Asia and Africa.

Indonesia is supporting the government in demonstrating a program model for
implementing an intervention on weekly iron and folic acid supplementation for
school-going adolescent girls to reduce the prevalence of anemia among them.
The Ministry of Health has finalized the updated
national guidelines, and furthermore there have been changes in the government
structure and officers’ rotation particularly at the province and district
levels. Therefore, it is important to conduct an advocacy meeting at the province
by inviting the key stakeholders particularly the district and province
officers to update them about the program in order to ensure their commitment
for continuing the program successfully.
MI is now going to recruit a local agency to help in organizing
the above mentioned advocacy meeting on program updates.

The activity will be conducted between February-March 2017.
Interested firm/institutions shall submit the following documents:
• Company/Firm/Institutions Profile with CV of team members
• Cover letter
• References (minimum 3 relevant experiences);
• Proposal including financial submission, using the budget template provided (for bidding)
