BACKGROUND
Launched in September 2016, the (CEGAH) project is an initiative
by USAID/Indonesia that seeks to address the complex phenomenon of corruption
by attacking a wide range of its contributory causes. Working with a diverse
group of partners, including both governmental and non-governmental
organizations, CEGAH focuses on strengthening Government of Indonesia (GOI)
efforts that reduce corruption vulnerabilities in existing systems,
complementing Indonesia’s impressive and ongoing corruption enforcement
achievements.
CEGAH’s three
component include:
1.
Effectiveness of the
justice sector to prosecute and adjudicate corruption cases increased;
2.
Key GOI corruption
prevention institutions strengthened; and
3.
Civil society
initiatives on accountability increased.
To assist the grants and subcontracts department, currently
USAID CEGAH is seeking an intern that has aspiration to work in development
field, especially on anti-corruption and administrative reform issues.
SCOPE OF WORK:
A.
Objective:
To assist USAID CEGAH
grants and subcontracts department works
B.
Activities:
1. Organize
offerors/applicants conference;
2. Organize meeting
with potential vendor and grantee;
3. Assist in
developing RFP/RFA, and contracts;
4. Assists in filing
and liaise with other department;
5. Perform other duties as requested by the supervisors.
C.
Qualifications:
• Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student
• Must be entering third year
• Great attitude and team first mentality
• Strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student

internship is voluntary and unpaid. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling
basis and the position will be filled once a suitable candidate is selected.
