Yayasan Sayang Tunas Cilik seek Program Coordinator based in Lombok Utara, NTB

Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik (Save the Children in Indonesia) is changing for the better.  We've begun to build a national organisation that aims to be a strong, local, and self-sustaining voice for children in Indonesia namely Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik Tunas Cilik.  To this end, Yayasan has been designated as a “Prospect Member of Save the Children” which focuses on strengthening and localizing our voice for children in strategic middle income countries. Currently Save the Children’s programs in Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We work in eleven provinces, have staff of approximately 300 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response. We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

PROGRAM COORDINATOR - INOVASI

1 position, based in Lombok Utara, NTB

Code : PC-INOVASI

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Program Coordinator INOVASI will lead all programmatic activities and its operation in NTB. Programme implementation duties include ensuring all program activities are implemented according to plan and at a high-level of quality; all reporting and planning is completed in a timely manner and at a high-quality; all communications are completed in a timely and accurate manner; coordinate well with key external stakeholders; all child safeguarding controls are enforced; and financial and administrative management adheres to Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik and donors policies, regulations, and good practices. The Program Coordinator INOVASI will also lead on program planning and ensure we advocate with key government stakeholders to achieve positive change using evidence from our program work as the basis. S/he will represent Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik in NTB and support program development and emergency preparedness and response. The position will require travel to field locations in his respective geographic area.
