Consultant for Baseline Study Adolescent Development - Sponsorship
Objective of the Consultancy:
Baseline
data will be used as a regular point of comparison, to help Sponsorship
Program examine the impact of the program over time. It is important
that there is proper baseline
data collection method, proper documentation of data collection tools,
and that all methods and data collection tools are well documented, so
that the similar data collection methods will be used for endline
purpose.
In general, the objectives of this baseline are focused to:
- Provide initial data and information related to access, availability, quality of services for adolescent and also knowledge, skills, attitudes and self-efficacy of adolescent in key areas of adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH) and adolescents’ skills for successful transitions (ASST) in West Sumba and Central Sumba.
- Provide initial data and information on local government policy related to key areas of adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH) and adolescents’ skills for successful transitions (ASST).
