Grants Management Specialist - Focus on Asset Management

Yayasan KEHATI is a non-profit, grant making foundation. The organization was created to mobilize and manage resources to be channeled to other parties in the form of grants, facilitations, consultations, and other assistance to support various programs in biodiversity conservation and utilization in a fair and sustainable manner. Currently, Yayasan KEHATI is running Green Prosperity Project – Window 2 Lot 1 program funded by MCA-Indonesia. The program supports 26 community organization to develop community initiative in natural resources management based on the community. This program also support women empowerment economic program. The program has been running since July, 2015 and will be closed at March 2018.

PSDABM – KEHATI is looking for qualified candidates to fulfil the position of:

Grants Management Specialist - Focus on Asset Management

Area of Expertise:

Experience in GOI's transfer assets process and administration on grant-funding facility, grant administration and project closure administration, audit, familiarity on infrastructure and renewable energy projects, and project closure administration.

Task Assigned:

• review grantee transfer asset plan
• ensure grantees’ compliance with MCA-Indonesia’s Asset Administration Manual and GoI’s  requirements
• maintain asset management records
• provide technical support to the CBNRM Grantees Transfer Asset administration and asset handover
• coordinating/arranging grantees’ financial audit
• develop grant closure plan

Minimum mandatory qualification and experience:

• minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or any relevant field
• at least 5 years of demonstrated grants management experience, preferably relating to grant-funding or grant -making facility for (local) NGOs or CSOs
• at least 5 years of demonstrated experience and skills in undertaking financial and compliance and quality control
• at least 5 years of demonstrated experience with asset handover background
• good communication skills (speaking and writing) in English and Bahasa
