Founded in
1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental,
non-religious, and non-profit making organization that delivers programmes in
over 45 countries. Recognized worldwide as a leader in the fight against
hunger, our mission is to save lives through the prevention, detection, and
treatment of malnutrition, especially during and after emergency situations and
conflicts. Action Against Hunger had been now developed into Action Against
Hunger International network with headquarters in France, Spain, Canada, UK and
USA.
Action
Against Hunger has been active in the NTT district since 2007 since its first
established in 1999 in Indonesia in cooperation and partnership with the
Ministry of Health, local authorities and stakeholders. Around 40
networks have benefited from a renovation, as have water sources and wells. In
the Kupang District, Action Against Hunger now implements a range of integrated
community based programs in Nutrition and Care practices, Food Security, Water
Sanitation & Hygiene, Emergency response and DRR/Climate Change Adaptation
going from relief to recovery in order to address effectively the population’s
needs.
Under the
current activities of our program in Kupang District, East Nusa Tenggara
Province, a key area to focus is to support the capacity building of local
authorities, community, include local NGO to improve the capacity to replicate
key activities on their own future. To actualize this, Action Against Hunger is
now seeking a good candidate to fill the position of “HR OFFICER”, with the following:

Primary Objective:
The HR Officer is accountable to Finance
& HR Head of Department. The HR Officer is responsible for the provide
support to HR Administrative works, Implement
and apply the mission’s Human Resources management in accordance with ACF
Regulation including manage the mission’s administrative aspect.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Implementing
the mission’s ‘daily’ Human Resources management.
2. Applying
and ensure the implementation of Internal Staff Regulation (RoI) and Human
Resources procedures at mission level
3. Maintain
and up-date database of staff to ensure the payment of salary, Jamsostek
(worker social security), health BPJS service, loan reimbursement and income
tax article 21 are on time, in coordination with Base Administrator
4. Prepare
the HR monthly report for Finance & HR HoD; statistic, expat follow-up,
organization chart and HR narrative report.
5. Organise
the recruitment process: interview schedule/ appointments, tests, reference
check, replies. Involve on HR interview
6. Organizing
staff recruitment process.
7. Ensure
administratively the mission’s human resources and exchanging information.
8. Expat
management (Visa arrangement)
9. Take
attention on Expat living condition refer to Expat handbook
Selection Criteria:
1.
Demonstrated
experience in the administrative aspects of recruitment.
2.
Demonstrated
experience in administrative document sorting
3.
Demonstrated
experience in written & verbal communication.
4.
Demonstrated
experience in HR Adminstration
tasks
Essential:
1.
Bachelor degree in Law/ Economic Management/ Administration
2. Experience in Human resources or
administration at least 3 years
3. Good computer skills
4. Excellent communication skill/ Diplomacy
5. An ability to interact effectively
with people
6.
High quality spoken and written English and Bahasa
Indonesia
Desirable:
1. Demonstrated
experience in labour law and rules
