Job Brief
Support and Assist the Procurement & Logistic unit in Swisscontact

Task, Authority & Responsibility
·
Assist the Procurement & Logistic team in administration rules
·
Support the filling system of Administration documentation
·
Assist Procurement & Logistic in maintaining data in Procurement and Logistic Management System
·
Assist to handling historical procurement and logistical records using effective filing and retrieval system
·
Perform other administrative duties that may assigned by supervisor.

Requirements
·
Fresh
graduate with Diploma or Bachelor degree in Management or equivalent
from an accredited academic institution, preferably in Office Management
or related discipline
·
Fresh graduates are welcome but 1 year experience in general administration is preferred
·
Good spoken and written English.
·
Detail oriented, Good interpersonal skills and commitment working in a team
·
Strong proficiency in use of Microsoft Office.
