Vacancy for the Quantity Surveyor

Position Title: Quantity Surveyor for the Construction Supervision for Landfill, Sorting and Composting Plant, Leachate Treatment Plant

Position Status: Contract for 2 years (expected start of works February 2018)

Project Locations: Jambi Municipality, Malang Municipality, Jombang Regency and Sidoarjo Regency (for each of the 4 project regions 1 quantity surveyor is required)

Responsibilities:
To carry out following responsibilities during construction but not limited to:

·         All tasks and works activities related to duties of a Quantity Surveyor

·         Checking of measured quantities carried out by the Contractor

·         Checking of quality of works, witness material tests, etc.

·         Prepare measurement sheets as base for payments of the Contractor

·         Assist the Site Supervisor in daily works on-site

Minimum Requirements:

·         Bachelor degree in civil engineering, preferable in soil mechanics / geo-technics

·         5 years working experience in on-site quantity surveying

·         Good verbal and written communication skills in English

·         Willingness to work on-site in Jambi, Malang, Jombang  or Sidoarjo for 2 years

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Working experience in on-site quantity surveying of landfill projects or other projects that include heavy earthworks and concrete works
