FHI360 Vacanc: Fast Track Jakarta Campaign Coordinator

FAST TRACK JAKARTA CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR TOR
PURPOSE
Linkages Indonesia, a USAID funded project aimed at reducing the impact of HIV in Indonesia, seeks the services of a consultant to oversee and coordinate multimedia campaign(s) to promote Fast Track Jakarta. The Linkages project is housed at FHI360, a global non-profit with offices in Jakarta and Papua.
Targeted to a broad range of stakeholders, including at-risk key populations (KPs), community-level (puskesmas) health providers, community based supporters, civil society organizations/NGOs, and government officials responsible for the national HIV response, the communications initiatives will help to drive the goals of Fast Track Jakarta. QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIAL SKILLS, OR KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
·         5-7 years of previous experience working at an advertising agency or PR firm, preferably on the account management side
·         Candidate may replace ad agency experience with brand management experience
·         A clear understanding of how an advertising agency functions
·         An understanding of supply and demand
·         The ability to coordinate and orchestrate campaign development and implementation
·         Professional fluency in both Bahasa and English
·         Good advocacy skills
·         Excellent organizational skills
·         Good people skills
·         Some knowledge of HIV or public health is preferred but not required
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The consultancy will begin on January 2, 2017 and go through September 30, 2018
SCOPE OF WORK
The consultant will act as liaison between the advertising agency/agencies and FHI 360. Based on an approved work plan, the consultant will be the day-to-day point person for the agency/agencies, ensuring that all services are performed and outputs delivered in a timely fashion. The consultant will become familiar with all Fast Track Jakarta activities being organized by FHI 360 and ensure that the campaign remains on strategy . In addition, the consultant will provide the agency with what they need to perform their work successfully. More specifically, the consultant will ensure that the agency partner(s) deliver the following:
