The Program
The three-year Indonesia Cattle Breeding Program ('the Program') is an activity under the Indonesia Australia Partnership on Food Security in the Red Meat and Cattle Sector.
The Program aims to pilot a range of different breeding models and investment opportunities with private sector partners. The Program is being implemented in Kalimantan, Sumatra and Java and is assessing commercially sustainable approaches that can be scaled-up to facilitate investment, innovation and expansion of the beef cattle breeding industry in Indonesia.
The goal of the Program is to: Support the development and expansion of a competitive beef cattle breeding industry in Indonesia.
The End of Program Outcome (EOPO) of the Program is the: Establishment of commercially sustainable models to facilitate investment, innovation and expansion of the beef cattle breeding industry in Indonesia.
The Position
Under the direction of IACCB Results Measurement Manager, the MES Assistant will work closely with the IACCB and Partners' staff for data entry on productivity and financial measures of IACCB projects. The MES assistant will also need to verify and update the data in timely manner to ensure its credibility. Occasional travel to the projects will be necessary.
The Person
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate good skills with MS Office particularly Excel and some knowledge of accounting standards. Experience in data entry is a must and M&E experience will be an advantage. We expect that the candidate will possess an attention to detail, confidentiality, good communication and relationship skills, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and be able to communicate comfortably in English, both written and verbally.
