SAHABAT
CIPTA (SC) is an Indonesian organization founded in 2007 by professionals in
development with a vision of reduced poverty in Indonesia. Its mission is to
empower communities with new skills and opportunities so they become
self-reliant. SC focuses on provision of project management, strategic advice
and training in the field of local economic development, community livelihood
improvement, value chain development, small business development, rural skills
development, micro-finance, and environmental management. SC adopts sustainable
market development approach in promoting pro-poor growth that will lead to
reduced poverty and improved environmental conditions.
SC
is currently co-implementing a sustainable forest management project in Aceh,
which is designed to support the Indonesian government in reducing greenhouse
gas (GHG) emissions, conserving biodiversity in carbon rich and biologically
significant forest and mangrove ecosystems, and promoting sustainable landscape
development. The role of SC is to promote low-emission development strategies
through public-private partnership and livelihood development integrated with
landscape co-management.
For
2018, SC is currently seeking potential candidates to fill the position of:
1. Certification Coordinator for Aceh Landscape (1
position)
2. Field Officer for Gayo Lues (1 position)
3. Field Officer for Southeast Aceh Tenggara (1
position)
4. Field Officer for South Aceh (1 position)
Objective
To assist the Green
Enterprise/Public-Private Partnership Team Leader in implementation of
activities according to the work plan
Tasks
- Execute activities
according to the work plan
- Build communication
and coordination with beneficiaries/community
- Coordinate &
communicate regularly with all team members to ensure synergies between
activities
- Measure, evaluate
and report progress compared to the plan
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Male/female

2. Possess at least
a bachelor degree in agriculture, economics, science, engineering or other relevant
field
3. At least three years of work
experience as a Field Officer/Certification Coordinator in the same/similar
field
4. Good
interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, including the
ability to successfully work within a team
5. Has high degree of self-motivation, commitment to achieve results,
and integrity
6. Has computer literacy, including the use of office software
7. Experienced to
work in a remote area
8. Experienced in
monitoring project
9. Willing to be
assigned to field offices located in Southeast Aceh, South Aceh, and Gayo Lues
10. Applicants from Aceh local
district will be more considered
