REVISED BUDGET - Request for Quotation (RFQ) For Advocacy Meeting on Weekly Iron and Folic Acid Supplementation at National and Province Level

Nutrition International/NI (formerly The Micronutrient Initiative/MI) is implementing MITRA Youth, a project supporting Weekly Iron Folic Acid Supplementation (WIFAS) for prevention and reduction of Iron Deficiency Anaemia (IDA) among school-going adolescent girls, in selected districts in two provinces of Indonesia: East Java and East Nusa Tenggara. MITRA Youth is funded by Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) Australia.

 

As the project enters preparation phase, the meetings with stakeholders from districts and provinces level as well as at national level are needed to sensitize and give introduction of the program. In addition, the meeting will also need to ensure the commitment and support for the program implementation including budget and WIFA supply procurement. Therefore advocacy meetings will be conducted at national and provincial level with the purposes are, (i) Sharing information by National level officials and Provincial Health Officer on the 2018 WIFA program including budget allocation and updated procurement of WIFA supplement, ii) Sensitization of NI supports on WIFA program in 20 districts in East Java and East Nusa Tenggara province, iii) Discuss the plan of action  at National, Province  and District level to ensure the commitment and support for the MITRA Youth implementation.

 

NI therefore seeks an Event Organizer (EO) to facilitate the advocacy meetings at National and Province level for MITRA Youth program.

 

The activity will be conducted between February and March 2018.

·     Proposal including institutions profile with CV of team members, references of minimum 3 relevant experiences, and proposed budget using the budget template provided in Annexure B.
