RFP: Consultant for Fundraising Project Tele-fundraising Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik Partner of Save The Children

1. Background

By 2017, Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik has more than 15.000 donors. But the numbers of donors who cancel and reject is also quite a lot, more than 13.000 donors. One of retention objective is how to more engage with donor and how to save every last donor, so we can develop program for the children and save the children.

One of strategy that fundraising will do is running upgrade program and reactivation. To run that both programs, fundraising requires a tele fundraising consultant or provider. We expect can running this program can be running this program on March 2018 until June 2018.
 

2. Objectives of the consultancy

1. Can increase the amount of donation from existing donor.
2. Can win back donor who already cancel their donation
3. Can improve contact rate and agree rate every month.

 

3. Task and Responsibility
4. The consultant or agency will contact around 10.000 existing donor
5. The consultant will contact around 3,000 data cancel and reject
6. The consultant or agency must develop strategy and ensure to increase contact rate and agree rate.
7. The consultant agency must develop a report that require by YSTC.

 

4. Period of the consultancy

March 2018 – June 2018
 

5. Expected Deliverables and Submission Date

1. Call around 13.000 in the specific project (March 2018 – June 2018)
2. Win back and convert monthly donors using credit card and bank account payment
3. KPI’s of the tale fundraising project:

• Min 50% contact rate
• Min 5% agree rate
• Min 3 call attempt for each data
• Submission of daily and monthly report (reporting and submission template base on the agreement)

4. Performance will be evaluated monthly base on the agree KPI’s to determine next month steps and improvements required to the services.

  6. Qualification & Experiences

• For Company/organization only, not required for individual person
• Have experience doing telefundraising for company, financial industries or NGO
• Have experience doing telefundraising more than one years
• Can provide services in Jakarta
• Have a legal entity

7. Submit Proposal
