Senior Finance Manager - Indonesia Harmoni Program

The International Republican Institute (IRI) is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for the USAID Harmoni program in Indonesia.. The purpose of this program is to assist the Government of Indonesia and non-governmental organizations to address factors that push and pull Indonesian into Violent Extremist Organizations.  
Position Requirements  
  • Substantial related experience working in project financial management for NGOS, with strong knowledge of international donor requirements.
  • Familiarity with sub grants management and project finance management, financial controls, accounting, auditing, as well as reporting in accruals, pipelines and expenses, etc.
  • Well organized, able to work independently, skilled at handling multiple tasks, diplomatic, and able to adhere to deadlines
  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field is required; an advanced degree is desirable.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Primary Functions & Responsibilities
  • Oversees the activity’s financial matters, including preparation of all financial documents required for a successful implementation of the activity, including financial plans, cost calculations, and financial review documents.
  • Supports Chief of Party and Grants team to provide overall grant management, oversight of grant making processes and engagement with local partners and subawardees/subcontractors.
  • Preforms other duties as assigned.
