Cardno
has been engaged by DFAT to manage the implementation of the
Australia–Indonesia Partnership for Justice 2. AIPJ II is a five-year
program which aims to support co-operation between Australian and
Indonesian institutions and civil society organizations in order to
contribute to the overall goal of:
Strong
and accessible justice and security institutions that enhance respect
for enforceable rights and rules-based governance systems, over time
contributing to stability and prosperity in Indonesia and the region.
The Partnership focuses on five pillars:
· Transparency, accountability and anti-corruption
· Countering transnational crime and security strengthening
· Preventing violent extremism
· Corrections reform
· Partnership
development (including gender and disability rights, the Knowledge Hub,
monitoring and learning, and communications)
As the managing contractor for AIPJ II Program, Cardno is looking for Grants and Contracts Officer.
The
objectives of this role are to manage partner grants and contracts.
This will be achieved through compliance with the Commonwealth
Procurement Rules (CPR), project operations manual, grants manual and
(other) relevant policies and procedures. Another key aspect of the role
will be supporting and reporting on all aspects of the AIPJ II grants
portfolio, including performance and financial reporting. The Grants
& Contracts Officer will report to and support the Senior Grants and
Contracts Officer in the contracting and monitoring for the
implementation of project activities
