RFP: Firm Agency for Fundraising Project Lead Generation (Tele-Fundraising) Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik Partner of Save The Children


1. Background
Over the past 8 months Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik has tested regular giving acquisition though online lead generation and telemarketing conversion (Lead Gen). We have found that this channel offers an alternative to face-to-face (F2F) to recruited individual donors. In the past 8 month we able to tested and reduce Cost per Acquisition (CPA from IDR 4,000,000 to IDR 1,200,000) and increase agree rate from 3% - 5% in average, this show the lead generation program can an alternative channel for YSTC to recruited monthly regular financial donors.


Based on our progress and result to date, we believe that Lead Gen offers significant potential for YSTC as a sustainable and scalable acquisition channel that will help diversify individual giving fundraising strategies. Working with another supplier that can provide alternative data supplier and more effective in term of the cost will be one of the factor to create a successful leads conversion program.

For existing online leads conversion program, we use online survey and social media channel to generated leads that convert become regular donors. With the growing of online platform, we want to test generated leads from online jobs search. Online jobs search is a potential channel to generated leads, as this platform can bring more quality leads


2. Objectives of the consultancy
Providing leads data list (supporter data) from online than can follow up by YSTC tele-fundraising team and convert become regular monthly donors. Supporter data must contain name, email, and mobile number.


3. Specific Objectives (if any)

Providing total 30,000 leads data (with complete name, email, and mobile number)


4. Period of the consultancy

March 2018 – December 2018

5. Expected Deliverables and Submission Date

        1. Provide 30,000 data in the specific project timeline
        2. Provide Reporting system

6. Criteria for the consultant selection based on competency and expertise or core and technical competencies
a.      Leads supplier who has proven track in generated leads from jobs search or other online platform
b.      Has experience work with non-profit sector
c.       Provide reporting system

7. Submit Proposal
For any organization or company who interested could submit complete proposal (organization profile, quotation with payment term, timeline and information refers to qualification in point 6) by email to procurement..indonesia@savethechildren.org with subject (name organization - Lead Generation Tele Fundraising) not later than 09 February 2018 at 5 pm.
