VACANT POSITION : Field Coordinator (Supporting Transformative Actions for Respiratory Health)

About the Program: Project
HOPE has collaborated with a leading pharmaceutical company to
implement a Respiratory Health Program in Indonesia. The program on
strengthening Respiratory Disease Management Capability at selected
Puskesmas/RSUD, empower patient groups for treatment adherence and
create policy advocacy in the national level.
Key
Responsibilities:
1. Collecting data and information from the
stakeholders, government and partners/others NGO for preparing reports.
2. Lead the developments programme and
advocacy strategy with support from Program Manager.
3. Coordinates and supervises the partner
organizations in program implementation and documentation.
4. Analyzing and identifying challenges of
the projects under his/her line management to keep the works on schedule.
5. Identifying and managing risk associated
to delivery of projects in coordination with Program Manager.
6. Consolidate the work plan and budget plan for
the programme in coordination with the partner organizations. 7. Monitors program budgets jointly with
Finance Officer and Program Manager.
8. Monitors progress and performance of
supported partners and implementations of programme components on the basis of
reports and field visits.
9. Ensure timely and quality reporting on the
programme to Program Manager
10. Execute
any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s
degree in Public Health or relevant with over 3 years of experience in public
health programs in Indonesia.
2. Having capability of writing programme report
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills
4.. Excellent organizational, planning and
coordination skill
5. Fluently in English, Bahasa and the local
languages
6. Flexible, able to multi-task, able to work
independently and work well under pressure as a team player in a multicultural
environment
7. Computer literacy particularly MS Office and
