presently implementing its Country Strategy 4 (CS 4) covering fiscal year 2017 to 2022, where the country objective has been defined as “to identify and facilitate the removal of
obstacles that prevent children from enjoying their rights and participating
fully in Indonesian society”. This goal will be achieved by providing
technical support and implementing quality programs and projects through
partnership. An effective and efficient communications strategy is a must for
Plan Indonesia to share the outcomes of these projects to influence different
actors, specially state authorities and to position Plan’s profile within and
outside at different levels – starting from community, sub district, district to national, regional and international
levels.

Youth Voices for Girls’ Rights Project Coordinator
(Contract Based)
Responsibilities:The position holder directly will be
supervised by Youth Voices for Girls’ Right Project Manager. She/ he will
assist ad support the program implementation. She/he will responsible for the
technical assistance and support related to the project implementation needs. Typical Responsibilities - Key End Results of
Position:
Key Result Area (KRA) 1: Responsible to support and
assist the Youth Voices for Girls’ Rights Project Manager in developing the
implementation plan of the project with detail activities, operational
processes, and budget for field level implementation.
Indicator
for success: Project implementation plan is developed and approved before
implementation starts; Annual plans and budgets of Youth Voices
for Girls’ Rights and Gender Equality project are finalized and approved;
necessary revision is done and approval ensured. KRA 2: Supports Youth Voices for Girls’ Rights Project Manager
to overcoming operational constrains to ensure smooth implementation and to
achieve agreed burn rate of the project budget. Indicators for success: Operational constrained are identified
through monitoring visits and required support channelled from internal and
external environment as required. At
least 95% burn rate of annual project budget is ensured in a consistent manner throughout
the year KRA 3: Supporting to
develop quality donor reporting document for project Indicators for success: Project reports to donor (EU) meets
quality standards in terms of language and fed with appropriate field
information . Project reports meets
donor (EU) deadlines and compliances KRA 4: Supporting technical assistance to Youth Voices
Girls’ Rights and Gender Equality project’s partners (partner organization and
youth communities) in developing the implementation plan of the project with detail
activities, operational processes, and budget for field level implementation. Indicator
for success: Project
implementation plan is developed and approved.
Requirements:
Knowledge and Skill Bachelor in Social Sciences, Sociology,
Development Studies, International Relations, Law or other relevant field with minimum
2 years’ experience in any development works with demonstrated in project
managerial skill. Good knowledge and skills on Children Rights and Youth
Participation. Good knowledge and skills on facilitation of youth communities/
groups. Good understanding and
analytical skills on SDG’s issues particularly under goals #5 and #16. Experiences
working/ volunteering with NGO and relevant networks on Children Rights, Youth
Participation, and Gender Equality. Key Competencies Team Work, Planning
and organizing, Communication skills Attitude/Sikap : High integrity , Highly committed to community
development. Range
