Foundation was established to advance the humanitarian vision of KH
Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) in advancing the development of tolerant,
multicultural,society in Indonesia, improving the welfare of the poor,
building democracy and fundamental justice, and expanding the values of
peace and non-violence in Indonesia and throughout the world.
We are currently looking for professional candidates to fill in several positions:
1. Project Officer (6 months contract with possibility of extention)
Job description :
- Supporting Capacity Building team in
implementing work plan.
- Responsible
for ensuring all requests for work plan implementation are fulfilled on time,
including supporting logistical and administrative tasks, e.g.. booking hotels,
coordinating resource persons, traveling documents as well as completing
settlement of an event.
- Prepare
and ensure all supporting documents for activity report are available
- Prepare
and ensure all financial
administrative report for each activities are submitted in
timely manner.
- Work
closely with Procurement team and Finance team in Identifying and selecting the
most appropriate suppliers to fulfil purchase request, raising efficiency and
achieving greater cost effectiveness.
- Work
closely with Finance team and Procurement team in preparing agreements,
preferred supplier lists and supplier performance management.
- Oversee
the processing of consultants and grantees invoices; all in accordance with the
Operations and Finance Manual.
- Undertake all other duties as
reasonably directed.
Qualification :

Fresh
undergraduate is encouraged to apply
· Strong interest in prevention and countering violent extremism
· Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) in logistics, administrations, contract development, procurement and contract management;
· Willing to learn new things
· Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, including negotiation skills;
· Must be strongly details oriented and show patience and determination to explore the problem and all of its elements until the reasoning has been found so that it can be resolved accurately;
· Fluent English both oral and written
