We need a hands-on Sales and Marketing Manager to take Muntigunung Community Social Enterprise to the next level!
The job
Marketing:
- Responsible for the marketing strategy and applying related action plan
- New product development (inputs based on market research/customer demand) in cooperation with the Production Manager
- Pricing of new products in cooperation with the CEO and Production Manager
- Branding of the products including the development of packaging for the whole product range
- Maintenance/development of marketing tools
Sales:
- Develop and update sales strategy and targets in cooperation with CEO and Production Manager
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers (from first customer visits, presentations to promote products to after sales services)
- Responsible to make specific offers to customers based on costing information from the Production Manager
- Observe and analyse market trends, competitors (product development, price development)
- Sales statistics: provide, maintain and analyse sales data to support management decisions
- Yearly budgeting and planning in cooperation with the CEO and Production Manager
- Manage the delivery staff and delivery of products to the customers.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business administration or commerce
- Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven presentation, sales and customer service skills
- Computer and internet savvy
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms
- Strong budgeting, data analysis and reporting skills
- Management and leadership experience
- Goal oriented
- Flexible and creative under pressure
- Indonesian national
