Responsibilities and Scope

  • Lead planning and budgeting; manage operational teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of deliverables
  • Client Management: Manage expectations and day to day interactions with client’s top management teams
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process.


Requirements Candidate Profile Minimum Qualifications

·       Five plus years relevant consulting or industry experience in corporate sustainability, private-public   partnership initiatives, natural resources management
·       Proven track record in building managing long term strategic relationships with executives
·       Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects, or delivering initiatives in a complex ecosystem
·       Experience leading a team of direct reports
·       Excellent understanding of generalist sustainability concepts, including social and environmental standards (e.g. UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, Carbon Disclosure Project, Global Reporting Initiative, UN Global Compact, etc.)
·       Capacity to work and thrive in a growing, fast-paced entrepreneurial organization with a collaborative environment.
·       Willingness to travel up to 30%
·       Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
·       Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
·       Highly analytical, can synthesize information and offer recommendations/solutions.
·       Ability to work both independently and as part of team
·       Willingness to mentor staff
·       Strong analytical and technical skills
·       Comfortable working in multicultural teams and interdisciplinary teams
·       Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA/ Masters preferred


Other Information:
A Project Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing client relationships and leading project teams from project planning through execution, while specifically managing the day to day design and implementation of TFT members and clients workplans.
