Vacancy RTI - RWAP: Administrative Officer (Semarang)


The USAID-funded Ready-to-Work Accelerator Program (RWAP) project is improving vocational and technical training I Indonesia.  The project will establish a network of up to 20 Centers of Excellence in selected training centers (BLK, LPK, LKP) to deliver workforce development programs to poor and vulnerable (P&V) youth. Once established, these centers will serve as hubs for Learning and Innovation Networks (LINs) for additional training centers to improve workforce training, provide student support, and certify success for youth, preparing them for success in local job markets.
 
To support project management, especially in the areas of Finance and Administrative, RWAP currently needs personnel who will work together with Finance and Admin manager to support RWAP program.
 
Administrative Officer – for 6 months assignment
 
S/he will assist the Finance and Admin Manager to support daily activities RWAP’s works in Semarang, Central Java.
 
Essential Duties:
  • Write Minutes of Meeting in Training and activities in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Support administration task, invitation, attendance list and confirmation participants of training
  • Support Finance Manager working on tax and Cost Share matters
  • Filling any administrative documentation RWAP project
  • arrangement and scheduling car office using for RWAP staff
  • arrangement for airfare and hotel for RWAP staff and guest
  • Provide any administration task to support RWAP project
 
 
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in finance or administration or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrate knowledge, skills and experience in administrative and finance task.
