covering fiscal year 2017 to 2022, where the country objective has been defined as “to identify and facilitate the removal of
obstacles that prevent children from enjoying their rights and participating
fully in Indonesian society”. This goal will be
achieved by providing technical support and implementing quality programs and
projects through partnership. An effective and efficient communications
strategy is a must for Plan Indonesia to share the outcomes of these projects
to influence different actors, specially state authorities and to position
Plan’s profile within and outside at different levels – starting from
community,
sub district, district to national,
regional and international levels..

Digital Media Specialist - Jakarta Based
Key Ends Results Area
(KERA) 1: Share the
information/issue for Plan International Indonesia Social Media activity (FaceBook, Twitter,
YouTube, Scribed etc) to increase plan visibility. Indicators
for success: Plan International Indonesia Face Book page operationalised with
significant followers and reaches. Plan Twitter and YouTube are operationalised with update Plan International Indonesia documents, audio-visuals and Photos.
Key Ends Results Area
(KERA) 2: Support Plan International Indonesia online/offline archive to preserve Plan
Indonesia resources and meet programme/project needs .Indicators
for success: Ensured
all hard/soft copy of designs of IEC/BCC materials, photos, audio-visuals are
available in Plan resource centre and share drive. Ensured all staffs have appropriate
orientation and access to the Plan resource center and Share drive. Ensured all
designs and pictures of Plan available in Media Bank
Key Ends Results Area
(KERA) 3 : Manage and coordinate local media visit
Indicators for
success:Media
visits are organized as per request from CO, maintaining media visit guideline. Plan Indonesia’s profile enhanced through
coordinating the international media visit on Plan’s programmes. CP issues are
well verified before any media visit.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Social Science or English but
preferably in Mass Communication/ Journalism/Public Relations from a recognized
UniversityTraining: Training on general communication
and publications, Training on media
communication, Training on public
relation, Training on professional
writing and photography
skill, Training on
social media Good English skill both in oral and
written communication. Good computer skill
Range
Salary : IDR
7000 000 – 10 00 000
At
least 2 years working experience in the communications field
preferably in development organizations.
Based
at CO with at about 35% travel to projects areas, government offices and
partner organization.
