Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik Seeks Sr. PROJECT MANAGER – COCOA LIFE, based in Jakarta, NTT

Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik partner of Save the Children in Indonesia is changing for the better.  We've begun to build a national organisation that aims to be a strong, local, and self-sustaining voice for children in Indonesia namely Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik Tunas Cilik.  To this end, Yayasan has been designated as a “Prospect Member of Save the Children” which focuses on strengthening and localizing our voice for children in strategic middle income countries. Currently Save the Children’s programs in Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We work in eleven provinces, have staff of approximately 300 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response. We are currently seeking to fill the following position:



Sr. PROJECT MANAGERCOCOA LIFE
1 position, based in Jakarta
Code : SPM-COCOA LIFE

ROLE PURPOSE:
This post will be responsible for planning, quality implementation, reporting and compliance of the Cocoa Life project and directly responsible for management of local NGO implementing partners and contractors involved with the project. The post will represent Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik in building strong cooperation with the Save the Children Member (USA), donor, supply chain partners, local partners/contractors and target beneficiaries. S/he will also be a member of and actively participate on the Extended Management Team (EMT).
The post holder will also contribute to the standards as noted in the Member Accountability Framework as follows:

• Financial sustainability
• Growth-oriented
• High quality programs                                                                                    
• Strong governance, leadership, and management
• Effective advocate for children
• Active role in the movement
• Strong brand

The post holder will contribute on the achievement of all the global KPIs on Operations Delivery, some of the KPIs on Awards management, and all Risk and financial management KPIs in relation to the Cocoa Life program.
