Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik seeks Project Officer for Road Side Safety Project, based in Greater Jakarta Field Office

Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik partner of Save the Children in Indonesia is changing for the better.  We've begun to build a national organisation that aims to be a strong, local, and self-sustaining voice for children in Indonesia namely Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik.  To this end, Yayasan has been designated as a “Prospect Member of Save the Children” which focuses on strengthening and localizing our voice for children in strategic middle income countries. Currently Save the Children’s programs in Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We work in eleven provinces, have staff of approximately 300 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response. We are currently seeking to fill the following position:



Project Officer for Road Side Safety Project
1 position based in Greater Jakarta Field Office
(Code : PO-RSSGJ) 


ROLE PURPOSE:
The Project Officer will support the implementation of Road Side Safety Project in Greater Jakarta area. The Post holder will ensure quality and timely project implementation in line with the overall planning framework, and in compliance with Save the Children and donor policies and procedures. In close collaboration with Project Coordinator (PC) and Field Manager, the post holder will contribute to succeed Road Side Safety project implementation in Greater Jakarta Area; as planned and met as scheduled and up to the expected standards and quality benchmarks. S/He will contribute to maintain the relationship of education stakeholders with individuals, institutions, civil society, youth and communities in mutual respect and focused to the best interests of children. S/He will contribute quality and timely implementation of activities of the project in line with the overall planning framework, and in compliance with Save the Children and donor policies and procedures.
