Objective
|
|
·
Identifying and assessing local suppliers
for issue concerning pharmaceutical supply, in order to ensure local
medical purchases are made from approved sources, subject to approval of
HQ Section Pharmacist following MSF standards.
·
Ensuring stock procurement in the projects
will be accomplished and in line with the standard drug list of the
country while undertaking the national laws and regulations and
following MSF standards.
·
Develop a training tool and material to the
health staff (PC, nurses, MW and MAM) in the project on pharmacy related
activities, according to National protocols and in line with MSF
standards and procedures in order to ensure
the proper management, organization and supply of drugs and medical
devices.
·
Ensuring that a standard operating procedure (SOP) on the integration of medical stocks in the supply chain is in place..
·
Ensuring that an SOP in the proper
implementation of the National protocol is in line with MSF Safety
standards and waste management standards, and to the national and
international legislation, in order to ensure the quality
of the service given to the population and the accurate handling of
drugs and products, including its proper disposal, in terms of hygiene
and security.
TASKS

·
Continued collaboration with the medical coordinator in Pharmacy related activities.
·
To guarantee that market assessment
and local suppliers on medical supplies are identified and approved by
the the HQ Section Pharmacist.
·
To ensure the development of SOP on
integration of medical stock in the supply chain and safety standard,
waste management and accurate handling of all medical supplies are in
place.
·
To ensure that training was done to
the health staff in Banten Project on pharmacy related activities
especially in stock management and other pertinent topics.

Market assessment report and Identification of suppliers for medical needs of the projects.

Training materials and developments of systems for Pharmacy related activities.
·
Weekly situational briefing with the medical
coordination team on the progress of activity with a written monthly
activity report of the activities and a final report on the findings.
