About the role
As the Senior Implementation and Sustainability Manager (SISM), you will ensure the design and implementation quality of MAHKOTA’s initiatives. You will primarily focus on MAHKOTA’s data-focused initiatives. You work will include coordinating with senior initiative managers on initiative performance and working with relevant TNP2K and Government stakeholders to ensure sustainable program outcomes.

About the program
MAHKOTA (Towards a Strong and Prosperous Indonesian Society) is an Australian Government-funded program supporting Government of Indonesia (GoI) to improve its social protection system to reduce poverty and inequality. MAHKOTA operates as a flexible facility that responds to GoI priorities, provides top Indonesian and international expertise as well as allows GoI to attempt innovative policy reforms and initiatives.  MAHKOTA supports GoI primarily through the Secretariat of the National Team for the Acceleration of Poverty Reduction (TNP2K). This includes technical assistance to line ministries and local governments implementing social protection programs.
 
Remuneration
The position is open to Indonesian nationals and permanent residents with authority to live and work in Indonesia. A competitive salary package will be offered to the preferred candidate in line with local labour laws.
