Request for Quotation (RFQ) 1833-01 For Printing and Distribution of Training Modules and WIFA Guideline

Nutrition International (NI) is an international Non-Government Organization (NGO) dedicated to ensuring that the world’s most vulnerable – especially women and children in developing countries – get the vitamins and minerals they need to survive and thrive. With headquarters in Ottawa, Canada MI maintains regional offices in New Delhi, India and Nairobi, Kenya that manage our country offices in Asia and Africa.


NI is implementing MITRA Youth, a project supporting Weekly Iron Folic Acid Supplementation (WIFAS) for prevention and reduction of Iron Deficiency Anaemia (IDA) among school-going adolescent girls, in selected districts in two provinces of Indonesia: East Java and East Nusa Tenggara. MITRA Youth is supported by Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) Australia.

NI is implementing MITRA Youth in 10 districts in East Java and 10 districts in East Nusa Tenggara. As one of the program activities, NI will undertake cascade trainings including training sessions for district stakeholders in East Java and East Nusa Tenggara and training for teachers and puskesmas staff. To support the trainings of district stakeholders and teachers and puskesmas staffs, training modules are needed as one of the tools during the training.. In addition, although the national guidelines of WIFA is available, it is available in the softcopy therefore to support the puskesmas in implementing the program, printing of the guideline is needed.

NI therefore plans to print and distribute the training modules for district stakeholders and teachers and puskesmas staffs, as well as the national guidelines of WIFA.
