network of WWF. WWF-ID is currently seeking for the best candidate for
the position of Recruitment and Employment Specialist. This position will be based in Jakarta and report to Human Capital Operation Manager.
Requirements for This Position are:
- Min. S1 of Psychology study or human resource management majors, preferably S2.
The job holder will be identify
the support needed by the organization, provide input / suggestions and
assist policy-making related to the process of selection of employee
acceptance and placement and implementation of employee performance
evaluation in accordance with applicable strategies, policies and
regulations to support the achievement of WWF Indonesia's target / goals
and ensure minimum disruption / disruption occurring in operational
activities at WWF is primarily related to the process.
Requirements for This Position are:
- Min. S1 of Psychology study or human resource management majors, preferably S2.
- At least 5 - 8 years working experiences in the same field
