2017 to 2022, where the country objective has been
defined as “to identify and facilitate
the removal of obstacles that prevent children from enjoying their rights and
participating fully in Indonesian society”. The organization’s purpose is to “strive for a just world that
advances children’s rights and equality for girls”. This goal will be
achieved by providing technical support and implementing quality programs and
projects through partnership. An effective and efficient communications
strategy is a must for Plan Indonesia to share the outcomes of these projects
to influence different actors, specially state authorities and to position Plan’s
profile within and outside at different levels – starting from community, sub district, district to national,
regional and international levels.

( NTB ) for the position:
Field Supervisor WFW Project – Contract Based
Responsible for the implementation of
Water for Women project conducted in sub-district level with close coordination
with Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM) team the project implementer..
Field Supervisor will proactively work to manage, support and capacitate sub
district field implementer. Engage in advocacy, networking and coordination in
the sub-district level, and ensuring children and young people particularly
girls and women are benefiting from the projectResponsible for WfW Project
Implementation Quality control in sub district level
Indicator for success: Develop
schedule of project activity at sub district level with STBM GESI team .Conduct
coordination meeting with STBM GESI team and other stakeholders. Ensuring the quality STBM GESI activities in sub
district level. Ensuring
the budget usage in sub district level and village level follows PLAN
requirement by also helping the admin and finance process KRA 2: Responsible to Managing Project
Monitoring and Evaluation
Indicators for success: Support Monitoring,
Evaluation and Learning Data collection in sub district level. Ensuring all the
STBM GESI data is collected and stored for government verification process for
every sub district. Facilitate
learning process in sub district level. Capturing
the best practices in sub district level. Reviewing data and report compiled by
Sub
District Field Implementer KRA 3: Government Advocacy
at sub district level
Indicators
for success: Together with STBM team to advocate government funding and support
advocacy of village fund review in sub district level
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT :
Education : Bachelor
degree related field Knowledge and Skill

Experience Minimum three years experiences in
planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of a specific program area,
Experienced in representational roles , Experienced in promoting and developing
learning in area of expertise
