Project Overview and Role
PRISMA 2 will improve smallholder farmers’ competitiveness and access to new markets, better inputs, know-how and technology. It will aim to achieve a sustainable 30% increase in the net incomes of a further 700,000 smallholder farming households in Indonesia by 2023 (total 1 million farming households). The program operates in six provinces: East Java, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Papua, West Papua and Central Java.

Currently we are looking for some positions listed below:

1. Office Coordinator - PRISMA 2
The Office Coordinator will assist the Office Manager in supporting the PRISMA 2 program for handle operation procurement, asset management, office maintenance, contract vendor management and managing out-sourced management.

2. Administrative Officer for Event & Procurement - PRISMA 2
The Administrative Officer for Event & Procurement will assist the Office Manager in supporting the PRISMA 2 program for handle event administrative include procurement related event and logistic needs for an event.

3. Administrative Officer for Travel & Logistic - PRISMA 2
The Administrative Officer for Travel & Logistic will assist the Office Manager in supporting the PRISMA 2 program to handle travel arrangement and the logistic during travel.

4. Administrative Officer for General Office - PRISMA 2
The Administrative Officer for General Office will assist the Office Manager in supporting the PRISMA 2 program to assist general administrative, invoice management, receptionist duties and so on.

     5. Provincial Administration Officer for Nusa Tenggara Barat - PRISMA 2
The Provincial Admin Officer for Nusa Tenggara Barat will assist the Office Manager in supporting the PRISMA 2 program for accomplishing various administration task to support day to day administration and office operation of PRISMA 2 program in NTB office.

6. Provincial Administration Officer for Nusa Tenggara Timur - PRISMA 2
The Provincial Admin Officer for Nusa Tenggara Timur will assist the Office Manager in supporting the PRISMA 2 program for accomplishing various administration task to support day to day administration and office operation of PRISMA 2 program in NTT Office.
