Yayasan Plan International Indonesia Job Vacancy : Field Officer WFW Project


 
Yayasan Plan International Indonesia is presently implementing its country strategic 4 (CS 4) covering fiscal year 2017 to 2022, where the country objective has been defined as “to identify and facilitate the removal of obstacles that prevent children from enjoying their rights and participating fully in Indonesian society”. The organization’s purpose is to “strive for a just world that advances children’s rights and equality for girls”. This goal will be achieved by providing technical support and implementing quality programs and projects through partnership. An effective and efficient communications strategy is a must for Plan Indonesia to share the outcomes of these projects to influence different actors, specially state authorities and to position Plan’s profile within and outside at different levels – starting from community, sub district, district to national, regional and international levels.  

Due to organizational THRIVE  Project,  Yayasan Plan International Indonesia is looking for 4 dynamic staffs  to be based in 1 Sumbawa   ( NTB )  for the position:
 
Field Officer WFW Project – Contract Based
 
Responsible for the implementation of Water for Women project conducted in village level with close coordination with Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM) team as the project implementer. Field officer will proactively work to manage, support and capacitate STBM team in village level. Engage in advocacy, networking and coordination in the village level, and ensuring children and young people particularly girls and women are benefiting from the project
(KRA) 1:  Responsible for WfW Project Implementation Quality control in village level  Indicator for success: Develop schedule of project activity at village level with STBM GESI team  , Conduct coordination meeting with STBM GESI team and other stakeholders, Ensuring the quality STBM GESI activities in village level  KRA 2:  Responsible to Managing Project Monitoring and Evaluation Indicators for success: Support Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Data collection in village level , Ensuring all the STBM GESI data is collected and stored for government verification process , Facilitate learning process in village level, Capturing the best practices in village level KRA 3: Government Advocacy at village level Indicators for success: Together with STBM GESI team, advocate the village mid-term development plans and village regulation to include STBM GESI as crucial issue. Advocate the usage of village fund for STBM GESI
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT :
Education : Bachelor degree related field Knowledge and Skill Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM), WASH , Gender equality and Social inclusion , Child Centered Community Development, Child Rights , Leadership, Specific Plan program focus , Project Management , Communication skill , Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Lobby and advocacy , Adaptability and culture sensitivity , Networking and collaboration  Attitude High integrity  High commitment to community development Experience Minimum 1 years experiences in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of a specific program area, Experienced in representational roles , Experienced in promoting and developing learning in area of expertise
