Responsibilities and Scope
The Human Resources &
General Affairs Officer will be a member of the TFT Team, focusing on human resources management aspect related to human resources,
general affairs, and legal in Indonesia.
·
Providing with minimum lead time process of HR & GA matters
·
Assisting administration of medical reimbursement outpatient of employee and facilitating excess claim inpatient of
employee with
insurance company
·
Assisting recruitment process such as delivery of
application form, interview room, interview schedule, etc.
·
Assisting administration of expatriate (Visa, KITAS, etc.) and coordination with third
parties.
·
Assisting administration for training, workshop arrangement, etc.
·
Preparing contract or agreement for employee,
consultant, third party
·
Coordinating with General Affairs Officer in Semarang Office related to procurement
·
Maintain good communications and relations with
employees.
· Writing Monthly Reports for related
activity
Requirements – Candidate Profile Minimum Qualifications
·
Minimum Bachelor
degree in related fields
·
Minimum 4 years relevant occupational working experience
·
Ability to understand
Human Resources & General Affairs role and
responsibilities
·
Excellent knowledge of MS Office program
Language skills:
·
Strong spoken and written skills in Indonesian and English
